In addition, you can make a payment with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, DAI, and USDC.
Please, note: when buying from certain countries, VAT is not being collected. Also, handling fees and taxes may be applied. The shipping carrier may request to cover the surcharges on the last stages of delivery. Unfortunately, we don’t compensate for these duties. At the same time, we’re doing our best to find a better way to deal with such occasions.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

After receiving your request, we’ll cancel the order and forward it to our Financial Department for reimbursement. Please, note: we reserve the right to offer you alternative options before confirming the refund.
We issue refunds to the original payment method. The process takes up to 15 days from the moment it is confirmed.
