We provide several payment options for customers from all around the world. Depending on your location, the total number of options may vary. Here’s the full list of them: debit and credit cards by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, as well as payments made through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay. In addition, you can make a payment with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, DAI, and USDC.

Please, note: When buying from certain countries, VAT is not being collected. Also, handling fees and taxes may be applied. The shipping carrier may request to cover the surcharges on the last stages of delivery. Unfortunately, we don’t compensate for these duties. At the same time, we’re doing our best to find a better way to deal with such occasions.

ORDER CANCELATION:

If you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order – you are eligible to do it within 24 hours from the moment it was placed. To proceed, please, contact us via any channel you find convenient (the best option would be our live chat in the bottom right corner).

Please, make sure to state the reason for the cancellation – this is very important to us. Thanks to this information, we can improve ourselves and ensure your next experience with us is brilliant.

After receiving your request, we’ll cancel the order and forward it to our Financial Department for reimbursement.

We issue refunds to the original payment method. The process takes up to 15 days from the moment it is confirmed.
