Pick up a cloth or plastic soft tape measure, that you can find at a craft and sewing stores. If you don't have a soft tape measure, you can get a piece of string and a ruler. To get accurate measurements, you need to strip down to your underwear or wear tight clothing like leggings. Bust - Wrap a centimeter around the most volume and protruding part of the chest, exhale half and fix the volume of the bust;
Waist - Wrap a centimeter around the thinnest part of the waist, measure at half a breath. Do not retract or inflate the belly during the measurement;
Hips - It is measured on the most volume part of hips, approximately at the level of the hip joints;
Outseam - Standing straight, measure the distance from the groin to the bone at the ankle;
Shoulder width - Holding a centimeter in front of you, fix the distance from the base of the neck to the shoulder joint;
Arm hole - Measured around the arm at the most convex place at the level of the armpit;
Biceps - Measure the biceps in its widest area. When measuring, the tape should fit snugly (but without tension) to the body. The hand should be in a relaxed state;
Sleeve length - By stretching the arm halfway, or holding straight, but no bending, measure the distance from the shoulder to the wrist.
